During this stage in the process, we discuss the core mission of your business and develop a deep sense of the value that you bring to your clients. If you haven't developed a mission statement, we begin to formulate one. Your website design will be predicated on this mission.
We also go over the 5 step process in detail. We discuss timelines and design direction. If there are any examples of websites that you absolutely love, bring them to this discussion to give creative direction.
If after the consultation you are confident with moving forward, we will send you a contract, send an invoice for deposit and questionnaire that will support the development of your website.

After you return your questionnaire, we will begin working on your website, taking into account your mission, logo, color choices and other design elements. We'll leave out the vast majority of text elements and present you with the design direction that we're headed in.

approval of direction
If you agree with the creative direction we are taking, we move forward with finalizing the website. We will ask you for a bit more information regarding language, tone and functionality needs.

final walkthrough
For the final walkthrough, we go through each page element by element, making sure the site that we've created matches your vision. If there are text or design elements that you want changed, we do them in real time here. After we've gone through everything and you've approved, we move on to the final handoff.

handoff
We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, we go through the process of finalizing your site and making it live. This may include purchasing a domain and web services. We will walk you through this process step-by-step. After this is done, your website will be live for the world to see and you'll be ready to take your business to the next level!
